Families
The goal of family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment. The National Wellness Institute has identified six dimensions of wellness, which all work together:
Occupational — job satisfaction, career ambitions and personal performance
Physical — balanced diet, exercise, healthcare
Social — enhancement of personal relationships, building communities and better living spaces
Intellectual — growth and stimulation of the mind through problem solving, creativity and learning; pursuing personal interests
Spiritual — following your beliefs and values, searching for meaning and purpose
Emotional — management of your feelings and behaviors
Here are 5 tips to help improve your family's wellness:

2.   Family night
Set aside one night each week for  "family night" and plan to do an activity together. This could include board games, music, cooking, dancing. This helps us to bond, have fun, engage in laughter, problem solve, and relieve stress.
